Caution

1. You knew we would say this first: Please (please!) read this manual before use. It actually does contain some valuable information. Promise.
2. When using Prostate Pack, avoid looking directly at the light source. The LEDs are very powerful, and may cause discomfort.
3. If you feel any hot sensation or discomfort during treatment, give yourself a break. You’ve probably earned it. Besides, your skin may take some time to become accustomed to the light.
4. Improper use or adjustment of Prostate Pack may invalidate your warranty and support services.
5. Keep Prostate Pack out of reach of children.
6. Do not crush or hit Prostate Pack during use. It may be powerful, but it is still sensitive.
7. Do not disassemble Prostate Pack. We prefer to do this ourselves.
8. Do not use Prostate Pack near explosive or inflammable substances. The heat from the LEDs may ignite something which is best left alone.
9. Do not point the multiple LED straps beyond the treatment area. They are designed to be placed next to the skin.
10. LED irradiation may interfere with the functionality of pacemakers. Patients wearing pacemakers should use Prostate Pack with caution.
11. Some people may experience dry eyes, rapid pulse, or dizziness during treatment. These are all normal symptoms, but proceed with caution. If you do experience these symptoms. Drink more water. This helps flush toxins out. If the symptoms persist, stop the treatment and take a well-earned break.
12. Please seek the advice of a trained medical professional before use.
13. Keep the vent clear. Prostate Pack generates heat, and that heat has to go somewhere. It is better to heat air than skin.
14. Blue Light mode is very powerful. Whilst using Blue Light mode, please ensure that treatment times do not exceed 5 minutes.

NOTE: Patients who are photosensitive, diagnosed with cancer or who have a cerebral haemorrhage cannot use Prostate Pack.

Warranty

This is our promise to you:

MiraMate Prostate Pack will be replaced or repaired for free within one year from the purchase date if found to be defective and used in accordance to the instructions.

Service and repair are provided after the warranty period. Material and shipping costs will be charged as appropriate.

Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept any refund or replacement of this device after use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by user negligence or product misuse. (e.g., scratches, liquid damage or unauthorized repairs).
• Breakdown or damage caused by disassembling.
• Breakdown or damage caused by accident.
• Damage caused by natural disasters.
