To clean the white surface of the device, please use cotton soaked in a pH neutral cleaner. pH is the measure of how acidic or alkaline a solution is. A pH of 7 is neutral. Anything below 7 is acidic and anything above 7 is alkaline. Dish soap comes closest to being a neutral cleaner. You can mix store-bought pH-neutral dish soap with warm water to clean the white surface of Joint Aid.
Please use cotton soaked in alcohol to gently clean the light-emitting ports or lasers. Don’t use harsh chemicals or liquids to soak the device or hard objects to clean it.
