ORDERING
Step 1: Go to the MiraMate products page and add the products you need to the shopping cart.
Step 2: View your cart, calculate shipping and proceed to checkout.
Step 3: Add billing and shipping details here, then click “place order” to finish the payment.
SHIPPING
We will arrange the shipment 1-2 working days after you place the orders. Then you can track your packages with the tracking number sent.

Note:
You may have to pay customs duties or VAT for products you purchased at mm-pemf.com or Spooky2-mall.com.
On 1 July 2021, the import VAT exemption for consignments with a value of €22 (or less) will be removed in the EU. All the EU orders will have to pay for the VAT during customs clearance. The same applies to orders in the UK as well. For customers in other countries, whether you have to pay for the VAT and the amount being charged will depend on your local customs policies.
The estimated time of delivery is provided by the carriers. In most cases, deliveries can be made on time, but there are also some factors beyond our control such as customs and border security that may delay some deliveries. If you have problems or questions about the estimated time of delivery, please feel free to contact us at support@mm-pemf.com.
WARRANTY
1. If used according to the instructions but found to be defective, MiraMate devices and accessories can be replaced or repaired for free within a guaranteed time.

2. Service and repair are provided after the warranty period. Material and shipping costs will be charged as appropriate.
CAUTIONS
Mini Magic and Big Magic：
1. Do not use MiraMate devices if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant (conceiving) or breastfeeding.
2. Do not use MiraMate devices for people or animals with pacemakers, hearing Aids, medical pumps, or other electrical implants/devices.
Note: Non-magnetic metal rods, screws, and plates are safe for PEMF use. If an implant is safe for an MRI, it is safe to use PEMF therapy.
3. Do not use MiraMate devices for people or animals with organ transplants.
