I used it on a 2 hour flight and no issues with going through security with it, but at the Denver airport I prechecked that I can use pre check line. Flew back through a small airport that doesn’t have pre check and only took our my laptop. They only ask for electronics larger than a phone to be taken out. I figured that if they asked to take it out and wondered what it was, I’d say a device similar to a TENS unit.
