A full cycle of programs takes about 30 mins. MiraMate LFMS device is absolutely safe to use – there is no “maximum dosage” or hidden danger through over-use. For minor pain, use for 1-2 hours. For chronic pain, use at least half an hour a day until symptoms improve.
