If I usually sleep with a grounding blanket, would that interfere with Big Magic? And to not use a grounding blanket with the scalar device either.

It is not recommended to sleep with a grounding blanket while using big magic. But Scalar can be used with grounding blanket as long as the transmitter and receiver are away from it.
