Why Mini Magic used plastic as the cased base? Everything is frequency so the magnetic field coming off the Mini Magic will then absorb and carry this plastic to the wearer or surrounding areas of this field.

The magnetic field is produced in the coils of Mini Magic, not the main unit. Magnetic fields do not absorb plastic. Nor can it be carried by this field type.
